My Melody is one of the rarest characters. It is sometimes difficult to obtain official My Melody merchandise.
On April 3, 2005, an anime series produced by TV Osaka started to air on TXN television stations, see Onegai My Melody (おねがいマイメロディ). This anime also recently spawned a video game for the Nintendo DS titled Onegai My Melody: Yume no Kuni no Daibouken (おねがいマイメロディ～夢の国の大冒険～)
Physical Description
My Melody is the first major bunny character released by Sanrio. She is completely white, but wears a red or pink riding-hood (originally her hood was red, but in more recent times the hood is pink). She is sometimes accompanied by her friends; A lamb named Hitsuji-chan, mouse named Flat, and her nemesis Kuromi.
