The toys are part of the same marketing agreement between Lucasfilm and Masterfoods that led to special Star Wars Light Side/Dark Side variety M&M's to tie in with the release of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The characters were releases as action figures, plush dolls and christmas ornaments.
Action Figures
These were about 2-inch tall action figures that were released in 2-packs (and in one case, a 3-pack), with each figure coming with its own stand:

Yellow as General Grievous & Red as Obi-Wan Kenobi;
Yellow as Chewbacca & Blue as Mace Windu;
Red as Clone Trooper & Yellow as Darth Vader;
